Note- Till now you must have observed that most of the grounds of the answers are same, this is because these are common grounds and can be used in any types of drafts. But this doesn't mean that when in real life you will get any case you gotta write only these points. No, then you will get lots of important and valid points to write. But for now, only for your convenience if you can't find out any other points then just remember these few points. So that you don't need to waste your time in the exam hall to find out valid points. Another important point is that if you get choice between an Appeal or a Revision. Please choose to write the Appeal. Because it will take less time and also an easy choice to go with. However, if you are confident enough (regarding answering Revision) then just go for it. REMEMBER ONE THING,YOU MIGHT NOT GET ANY CHOICE BETWEEN AN APPEAL AND REVISION, SO BE PREPARED TO ANSWER EITHER OF THEM.
